These Terms & Conditions apply to this “Foxy Perks” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed  HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 02.09.2024 until 29.09.24 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.foxygames.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old
   2. are located in the UK
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt in weekly.
4. Eligible Players need to login to their account during the Promotional Period and click on the Daily Gem which will appear on screen (the “Daily Gems”).
5. Only one Daily Gem will be available per Eligible Player per day. Each Daily Gem is valid until 23:59 (UK Time) on the day it becomes available.
6. If Daily Gem is not used before 23:59 on the day it is made available to the Eligible Player, it will grey out, forfeit and not be re-issued.
7. Each Daily Gem will unlock a daily prize.
8. The daily prize will consist of Free Spins for selected games (as detailed below).
9. At the end of each week, during the Promotional Period, depending on the number of Daily Gems that an Eligible Player has collected, they will be entered into one of three Weekly Prize Draws (see specific conditions below).

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC TERMS

10. The 10 Free Spins can only be used on: Wolves cash collect and link or Wild Rainbows.
11. The Free Spins won on any of the weekly Prize Draws can be played on: King Kong Cash DJ Prime8.
12. Each Free Spin has a value of £0.10.
13. The Free Spins will be credited to the ‘Promotions’ section of the Eligible Player’s account.
14. The Free Spins will be available to use for 24 hours from time of credit.
15. If the Free Spins are not used within 24 hours, they will be forfeited and not be re-issued.
16. The Free Spins winnings carry no wagering requirements.

WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC TERMS

17. At the end of each week, during the Promotional Period, depending on the number of Daily Gems that an Eligible Player has collected from Monday to the immediately following Sunday, they will be entered into one of the three Weekly Prize Draws, according to the below:
1. If an Eligible Player has collected 1 Daily Gem, they will be entered into a Weekly Prize Draw with a guaranteed prize consisting of a share of 10K Free Spins (minimum 2 Free Spins).
2. If an Eligible Player has collected 2 Daily Gems, they will be entered into a Weekly Prize Draw with a guaranteed prize consisting of a share of 20K Free Spins (minimum 2 Free Spins).
3. If an Eligible Player has collected 3 or more Daily Gems, they will be entitled to a Weekly Prize Draw with a guaranteed prize consisting of a share of 30K Free Spins (minimum 2 Free Spins).
18. Eligible Players will only be entered into the one relevant Weekly Prize Draw (i.e. if the Eligible Player has collected 2 Daily Gems, they will only be entered into the Prize Draw described at point 18b. – or if the Eligible Player has collected 3 Daily Stamps, they will only be entered into the Prize Draw described at point 18c. and not the Weekly Prize Draws described at point 18a. and/or point 18b.).
19. Weekly Prize Draw prizes will be credited every Monday following the week during which the Daily Gems have been accumulated, before 12:00 (UK Time).
20. All Eligible Players who are entitled to a prize from a Weekly Prize Draw will be notified of the win through an inbox message.

27. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Website Terms & Conditions.
